LoveSwap PDF provides PDF tools including merge, split, compress, convert, rotate, AI summarization, and other manipulation features. While most processing occurs locally on your device, certain advanced format conversions and AI tools utilize secure cloud infrastructure.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of any files you process using the App.
• You must not use the App for any illegal purposes or to process files that violate intellectual property rights.
• You must ensure you have the right to modify any documents you process.

3. Limitations

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the PDF processing results. Always keep backups of your original files.

4. Intellectual Property

The LoveSwap PDF name, logo, and application design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Most file processing is done locally, while advanced tools utilize secure, temporary cloud processing without permanent data retention.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
