VEOSTA (the "Parent Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates LoveSwap PDF and is dedicated to protecting your privacy. We believe that your documents are yours alone, and our application is designed with a "Privacy-First" architecture to ensure your data never falls into the wrong hands.
The majority of our tools—including Merge, Split, Sign, and Edit—operate 100% locally on your device. This means your files never leave your phone or tablet for these operations. Processing happens in your device's memory and is wiped the moment you close the tool.
For high-fidelity conversions (Word, Excel, PPT), advanced PDF manipulation (Compress, OCR, PDF/A, Protect, Unlock), and AI features (Summarize, Translate), files and document text are securely transmitted via encrypted channels to our trusted third-party sub-processors:
Data Retention & Deletion: Your files are temporarily stored on our secure hosting servers for the duration of the conversion process. We employ strict automated cleanup routines that delete the files immediately upon completion or failure of the operation. We do not permanently store, log the contents of, or read your documents. Furthermore, your private documents are NEVER used to train AI models by us or our sub-processors.
We do not require accounts, logins, or any personal information to use LoveSwap PDF. We do not collect your email address, name, or phone number. You are completely anonymous while using the app.
To keep the app free, we may display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads. You can control these permissions via your device settings at any time. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
